Shipping policy
Order Processing
All our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Production time is generally 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
The times below are calculated from the shipping date (after production):
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
- Italy: standard rate calculated at checkout
- European Union: €14.99 flat rate
- International: rate calculated at checkout based on destination
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment through the carrier's website indicated in the email.
Delays & Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at uranio057@gmail.com. If a shipment appears to be lost, we will open a claim with the carrier and, where necessary, arrange a replacement or full refund.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties. For orders shipped to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, USA, UK), customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local regulations. NotAHuman is not responsible for any such additional costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and certain regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk). If your country cannot be reached, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
